"My flight was cancelled multiple times due to Super Typhoon Bavi. The staff was very helpful and allowed me to change the dates of my reservations the day I was supposed to arrive. The room was spacious, clean and the view from the room was amazing. I would highly recommend."

"The room was located in a very convenient spot for us trying to go to Disney Sea as it was only a 13 min walk to the park and a 10 min walk to the mall. It was awesome and everyone was super helpful in the staff, even though we did not speak Japanese. I recommend having an offline translator just in case to make things easier for both yourself and the staff in case any special requests or questions come up. Heads up, If you need to park at the hotel, there is a 2,000 Yen charge per night. There is a parking lot right across from the hotel if you prefer their rates but the hotel's parking allows for in and out flexibility if you are planning to go in an out multiple times a day."

"The staff was incredible! They helped us with information such as, renting a car, activities to do in the island and restaurant recommendations. Additionally, the rooms were very clean and had a beautiful ocean view. But like I said, the friendliness of the staff was what made our stay the best!"

"They charge 2,000 yen ($12/day pp) to use the pool per day per person. i’ve never heard of a Hotel doing this. The listing shows the pool was included so they refunded my charge. Other than that, we really loved the rooms and really loved our stay here. It’s a perfect location for American Village."

"Amazing harbor views from the room, impressive indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a panoramic sunset view from the 13th-floor bar featuring delicious Caprese salad, sandwich, Okinawan sausage, and a good drinks selection including local Awamori. Even the tantamen (spicy noodles) from the Chinese restaurant (13th floor) was flavorful. The breakfast (Paseo Garden) and lunch (Annon) buffets were excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is next to a stadium and Ginowan Seaside Park for safe, well-lit evening walks. The room could use a bit of updating but didn’t detract from the great experience. Highly recommended!"
