Nao recomendo para familias.

Não recomendo. O atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Um dos garçons foi bastante rude e não atendeu nosso pedido. Quando reclamamos, ele justificou a situação mencionando a lotação do restaurante, que é aberto ao público em geral. No primeiro dia, pedi uma pizza às 19h, mas ela só foi entregue após as 22h. Além disso, o garçom solicitou um pagamento extra, alegando que não recebia pelo serviço. Experiência extremamente insatisfatória.

Rãs no sanitário são comuns

Fiquei hospedada na categoria “Quarto Exclusivo”, que é um dos tipos de hospedagem mais caras do local. Rãs no sanitário são extremamente comuns nos quartos. Tinha no nosso quarto e no de outro casal que também estava hospedado nos mesmos dias. Se você morre de medo (como eu), já é o suficiente para a experiência ficar extremamente desagradável por esse simples fato. Estranhei as placas no banheiro (e no chuveiro!) sobre ser proibido fazer xixi no ralo. No entanto, considerando que as rãs costumam aparecer na madrugada e não existe ninguém na recepção nesse horário, deve ser costume as pessoas fazerem xixi no ralo do chuveiro pela impossibilidade de uso do sanitário. PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA. Nunca mais voltarei e vou falar pra ninguém nunca ir.

O Hotel Villagio é um daqueles lugares onde você sente, paz, tranquilidade, um ambiente rústico, com muitos detalhes que encantam, uma equipe tão atenciosa e educada, que fazem a diferença, desde a recepção, as meninas da limpeza, as moças do café da manhã, os meninos Rodrigo, Diogo tão atenciosos,e um grande cheff que prepara um prato pra você delicioso,ótima comida. Só senti falta de um espelho grande pra nós mulheres, rs, mais isso é detalhe. Grata por nós proporcionar um ótimo final de semana

Experiencia boa, porém limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar (principalmente pelo preço que é pago na estadia). Apesar de saber que imprevistos podem acontecer, ninguém espera encontrar insetos no quarto.
