"Most of the staff was quite polite and accommodating. However, there was a Caucasian valet parking attendant who was quite rude to myself and my daughter. He wouldn’t allow us access to our car to retrieve several items and told us we simply had to wait until everyone else got their cars delivered. We waited over an hour and he never returned to help us. Fortunately, my husband was not in the immediate vicinity. Had he been, the way the valet spoke to us would have been dealt with a lot differently. He was very unprofessional and dismissive."

"We loved our stay at the Sheraton! Although the room type we booked was over booked they called on our way into town and more than made up for the downgrade in room type with free parking, Clipper tickets for the game and dropped the rate. We still had a stunning view and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to get back!"
