This new split-level house boasts a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living area with ample space for eight guests. The zoned areas include a modern and sleek kitchen with an island for socialising and cooking tasty treats, a large dining table, and a well-designed living area with a comfy corner sofa unit, modern furniture, and smart flat-screen television with Netflix. This multi-functional open-plan area is ideal for a movie night, special dinners, or sipping a cocktail alfresco in the outdoor space, complete with BBQ.
