"We booked the room a long time in advance to make use of the spa facilities. When we arrived we tried to get day access to the spa as specified in hotels.com. We were informed that this was wrong, price was per hour. On insisting, we were told they were fully booked for the day. On insisting further, we were finally offered 2 hours the next morning, but we had to leave and could not make use of the spa. As a note they are still selling day access to the spa on hotels.com. "Beautiful room - we would definitely stay there again. Owner was very helpful and kind. Air conditioning was a plus. The only downfall is that it was a ways from the train station, so figuring out the bus schedule was imperative."
