So much wood and a very ample space. Clean and the staff aiming to please. I'd rather stay here than in an expensive hotel - much more room, kitchen, living room, multiple bedrooms with balcony. It is at the edge of the Historic city so choose your route home wisely after 8pm. The place looks like the pictures posted. So charming. Loved our stay.

This hotel is an absolute gem, beautifully showcasing colonial architecture with meticulously renovated interiors. The spacious and spotless bedrooms are adorned with charming local decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Nestled in a safe and peaceful part of Quito’s Castro area, it offers easy access to major sightseeing spots just a short walk away. The beautiful Spanish-style garden adds to the hotel’s charm, providing a serene and picturesque space to relax. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of El Panecillo (the Angel on the hilltop) from my balcony and window—an unforgettable sight both day and night.

This is an excellent authentic Quito apartment. Offering plenty of space including kitchen it is well located for a stay in Quito. The rooms are clean and its charm really is its traditional feel. However what adds to the excellence is the attention to detail of the Moreno family - they are brilliant. Their aim is to ensure you have a brilliant stay and will do all they can to help this to happen - organise taxis, recommend restaurants, help you with trip planning - you ask and they will do all they can to help. Next level customer experience.
If you want to get away from the standard international hotels and experience the culture of Quito I recommend Apart Hotel Loma Chica. Meet the Morenos and you will wonder why others are not as focussed on their customers as this family is.
Thankyou for 9 fantastic nights Moreno family - you were brilliant.
