The concierge team is impeccable—always attentive and ready to help with anything you need. The pool and common areas are beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to enhance the quality of meat in the Friday and Saturday seafood buffet. That said, I will always choose Mai House for my stays in Ho Chi Minh. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so at home."

"Loved my time at The Icon Saigon. Very friendly staff- Lin was helpful in adding a day to my stay and contacting Vietnam Airlines when I had to cancel my trip to Hue because of a typhoon. Big praise for her. Breakfast was always good, enjoyed the afternoon tea after exploring the city, and Cham was a lovely dinner spot when you just wanted to chill at the hotel. Didn't get to use the pool so looks like I needed to come back!spot "

"4th time at this hotel - absolutely worth it. Location is perfect, next to many restaurants and close to Ben Thanh Market. The employees are wonderful in every possible way. Lounge is def worth paying a little extra. The rooms are very clean and has everything you need. Will def be back!"
