"First time in Agadir and first time in Morocco. Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sofitel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach area looking out onto the promenade with a sea view. The nearest shops and other restaurants are a bit or a walk but you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Souk El Had was a 50MAD taxi ride away. There was lots of options at the breakfast buffet- I’m missing the fresh bread! Would definitely...

Hotel staff did not meet expectations, reception on arrival was lacking, room cleaning unreliable etc. Breakfast buffet was disappointing, very limited fruit and cereal options, lots of cakes. "We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place and would recommend the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety for all. The pool was heated however on the first couple of days it was still cold. We complained to the manager and he had it rectified the next day! We enjoyed the snacks at the pool side bar.
