We specifically booked the Family Deluxe room with swings because of the photos shown at the time of booking. Our toddler was very excited, as we had told them there would be a slide in the room.
However, when we checked in, we were not given the room with the slide. When we asked staff, we were told that there was only one room with a slide, which was occupied and that this needed to be requested at the time of booking. This was not made clear to us during the booking process, which led to a very disappointing experience for our whole family. Writing this so others don’t make the same mistake and end up with disappointed children

My family enjoyed our stay at this property immensely! The rooms are well appointed, the breakfast buffet is diverse and offers both eastern and western cuisine, and the photo shoot included with room was phenomenal! We recommend this property without reservation!

Very good experience overall stayed in this lovely hotel. Exceptional service from every staff . reception and restaurants . Rooms are located on 53 floor giving us fabulous view of the riverfront surrounding. But i prefer this new west bund location with cleaness and new riverside mall. I will look forward to another stay early next year.
