Beautiful apartment in a secured residence with guardian, lift, and a swimming-pool. Located 50 meters away from the beach front, this apartment offers an unbeatable location for successful holidays in the fabulous district of Salis in Antibes.

This apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator consists of:

- entrance with storage space on the left side
- a bathroom walk-in shower, sink, storage, hair dryer
- Spacious living room with access on the terrace
- Fully equipped open kitchen: hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine
- A terrace accessible from the living room and the bedroom with a view on the pool
- The bedroom with a 160m bed

Aircon in the living room and the bedroom / internet.

## Neighborhood

This apartment is located in the famous district of Antibes called "la Salis". Known for its fine sandy beaches and its superb seaside atmosphere, the beach of Salis is the last beach of Antibes before entering the Cap d'Antibes, just after the beach of Ponteil. It is one of the best known beaches of Antibes and attracts many holidaymakers in summer.

This beach is in direct contact with the road. Families with children will prefer the beach of Ponteil (200 meters) which is better protected.


## Transit

To get to this beach from the center of Antibes, take Avenue Albert 1er, then at sea level turn right towards Cap d'Antibes. The beach is just before the Cap d'Antibes (be careful always keep left along the seaside).

SNCF Antibes Train Station is 1.9 km away and 2.2 km from Juan les Pins SNCF Train Station.
By car: A8 motorway exit Antibes
