Great little place to call home
We had an excellent visit to Antibes. The efficiency apartment was an excellent place to call home for a few days. Clean, tidy and a great location in a residential area.

Lovely studio in quiet street of Antibes. Very close to the beach and to the old town. Beautiful terrace with lovely view. Only small suggestion.. pillows for sleeping needed ( one we used were more like decorative), and maybe some liquid soap for hands. Everything else was fab!

Excellent stay
We stayed for a weekend in June. The property is 2 blocks away from two sand beaches and restaurants. We appreciated this. We found parking on the street. The property is clean with a great shower and very quiet with a large deck and a beautiful garden The owner was incredible. We needed extra help with check in and she walked us through. Her customer service was exceptional. The kitchen is well stocked. We had fresh artichokes one night from the local market so had dinner in one evening on the deck. Next time we will stay for a week.

Charming private and perfect
My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful quiet and romantic time in the flat. Not only was it exactly as advertised, but the pictures do not even do it justice since it’s proximity to the beautiful beaches reveals a paradise for all who are lucky enough to visit Antibes We truly look forward to staying with you again if that were to be possible. We are grateful for the transparency and communication throughout the process and look forward to being there again.

Nice flat, wonderful location
We recently rented this one-bedroom/studio flat in Antibes close to the Mediterranean Sea. It is a nice and quiet place with a large balcony perfect for two people. Old city and seaside restaurants and shopping possibilities within walking distance.

Well-located and lovely apartment
We arrived early and the property manager kindly allowed us to leave our bags early at the apartment which was under a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and importantly had good air conditioning! We had a lovely time and would recommend this apartment.

First visit to Antibes
Nice property in great location. Very close to a lovely clean beach. Great bakery/ patisserie which we bought delicious brioche and cakes every day. The old town of Antibes is just a short 10 minute walk from the property.

Overall nice but dirty
The stay was very nice and the flat comfortable. It was quiet and Close to the beach. However, at our arrival, the flat was very dirty. We Had to Vacuum and mop the whole floor. There was a Lot of dust and dirt and some Hair (probably of the previous guest?). Everythin else was really nice :)

Magnifique petit studio!
Tout y est, c'est petit, chaleureux et bien aménagé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La plage du ponteil est à 3 min à pied, le quartier est calme et charmant, et tout se fait à pied. Vraiment pour le prix, c'est un excellent plan. Il n'y a pas de chambre avec lits, mais le divan lit et le petit canapé pour l'enfant était parfait pour nos besoins! Et Isabelle a été à notre disposition pour toutes questions, elle a été super! Je recommande chaleureusement ! Les deux plus: La clim et la terrasse!!!

In dem gepfegten und hübschen Appartement, das in der Nähe zum Strand, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Bushaltestellen liegt, kann man die Urlaubstage sehr genießen.

Nous avons passé quelques jour à Antibes, l’appartement est bien situé (une dizaine de minutes du vieil Antibes à pieds et 5 min de la plage à pieds également), bien équipé, la climatisation est appréciable. Petit bémol simplement sur le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de stationnement dédié au logement. La propriétaire est agréable et donne de bonnes explications avant même d’avoir les clés de l’appartement.

Das Appartement ist in einem gepflegten Wohnblock unweit der Promenade. In wenigen Minuten ist man überall. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die neueste, aber tip-top gepflegt und in Ordnung. Das große Badezimmer ist ein Genuss. Obwohl alles in einem Raum ist, hat man genug Platz- ein wahres Raumwunder. Der Balkon und die Klimaanlage sind Gold wert. Der Kontakt mit Isabell war angenehm und unkompliziert. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit.

Vacances quelque peu gâchées
Le studio est bien équipé et très bien situé. Mes vacances ont été perturbées par deux incidents : 1- des travaux sur la façade de l'immeuble qui ont engendré des nuisances sonores insupportables pendant la moitié de mon séjour, 2- un incident sur le volet roulant de la porte-fenêtre qui s'est cassé au milieu de mon séjour. Face à ces incidents, l'attitude de la propriétaire a été inqualifiable : elle m'a proposé un dédommagement pour les nuisances mais insuffisant et elle a voulu me faire payer la réparation du volet roulant alors que ma responsabilité n'était pas engagée. En résumé, studio très agréable mais méfiance absolue envers la propriétaire qui est du genre grippe-sous.

Appartement is klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn dat er ook een airco aanwezig is. De locatie is prima, 200 m van het strand en een handige uitvalsbasis voor tripjes naar de omliggende steden. Het contact met de eigenaresse was goed, ze reageerde snel. Het parkeren was lastig, de buurt stond vol met auto’s. Het huisje had de maximale score gekregen als er een vast bed had gestaan. De uitklapbank en de uitklapstoel zijn niet echt comfortabel en minder goed voor je rug.

Le studio est très bien situé pas loin de la plage et de tous les restaurants. Cependant il est difficile de se garer. Le couchage est un canapé convertible on sent les barres en fer pour 4 nuits ça va. Nous avons passé un bon séjour quand même et dans l'ensemble ce studio est très bien.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in der Appartement von Isabelle genossen! Die Kommunikation mit Anweisungrn lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage in Antibes. Die Parkplätze sind gut zu finden in der Nähe. Meer ist nur in 5minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Sonst das Zimmer war sauber, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet! Ein Manko ist fehlende Waschmittel/Backpapier / Alufolie .. Wenn man kochen will muss man alles einkaufen (auch Salz und co).
