Every detail of our activities, shopping, and travel was thoughtfully arranged by our hostess, Jennifer, with more care than I would ever take for myself. "Nice peaceful location. 1 Bedroom apartment very roomy. Food was great. Staff service was excellent. The only downside was that the resort should alert travelers that the pool is not in operation and there is not a Hot Tub. "

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Fox Kandy. The hotel is beautifully designed, and its hilltop location provides perfect views over Kandy and the surrounding hills. One of the standout moments was the morning mist covering the lower parts of the city and hills, leaving the peaks visible above it. It was a beautiful sight.
The staff were exceptional, and the food and dining experience were also very good. The infinity pool is a must after a day in town.

"The views from this hotel are beautiful.
The location is very hard to find, in spite of signage, which had faded from the sun. Google Maps does not take you directly to the hotel, instead it has you driving anywhere but to the hotel.
The hotel staff seemed frazzled and disorganized. The dinner was a buffet, while not delicious, it was sustenance. However, the cleaning staff and staff in the restaurant were very kind and accommodating."
