  • Welcome to our charming 20 m2 studio, nestled on the ground floor of a peaceful residence. This little cocoon has been carefully furnished to offer you all the comfort you need for a successful stay in Annecy.

    Its neat decoration, its complete equipment for extended stays and its proximity to the lake make it an ideal place for your getaway.

    The accommodation
    The apartment also has two precious assets: a private parking space, as well as a supermarket in the immediate vicinity to simplify your daily life.

    The accommodation can easily accommodate one or two people thanks to its 160 cm bed. In addition, we have added a convertible armchair with a mattress topper, offering a practical solution for couples travelling with a young child. This option, although reducing the space in the apartment, will allow you to fully enjoy your stay with your family.
