Superb two-room apartment of 52 m², completely renovated, on the 1st floor without elevator. You're ideally located 50 m from the main beach of Annecy (Albigny). The city center is accessible on foot in 10 minutes along the lake and the Pâquier.

It is equipped for 4 people maximum and consists of:

- An entrance giving access to a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, dining area
- An equipped and spacious kitchen in which you can take your meals
- A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and storage
- A bathroom with shower
- separate WC
- private parking on residence

You will enjoy a view of the Imperial Palace and a small piece of beach thanks to the 2 balconies: from the living room and the bedroom.

The cycle path at the bottom of the residence allows you to go around the lake. A bicycle storage room and a condominium parking lot (unnumbered) are at your disposal with your rental.

Appt sympa mais bruyant

Appt propre et fonctionnel. Malgré ce qui nous avait été dit, il y a bien un lave-linge ce qui était une bonne nouvelle. Le gros bémol est l’environnement très bruyant (la terrasse de la chambre donne sur l’avenue principale, bcp de circulation, scooters etc). Parking privé appréciable mais assez étroit.

Appartement remis récemment au goût du jour. Salle de bain refaite à neuf. Location proche du lac et de la vieille ville d'Annecy. Le seul bémol, la chambre donne sur l'avenue qui est très bruyante (difficile de dormir en fin de semaine).
