Points positifs : Appartement avec de beaux volumes, très proche du vieux Annecy, excellente boulangerie à 5mn, Chambre, toilette propre (pour les autres pièces, voir points négatifs)Grand garage en sous sol (accès au sous sol par un virage à 90 un peu serré mais ça passe. C'était juste avec ma DS7 mais ça passe).Points négatifs : N'ayant pas reçu les instructions pour entrée dans l'appartement alors que nous nous approchions de notre destination, nous avons envoyé un message via l'appli Abritel et avons attendu environ 2h avant de les recevoir. Cause annoncée "Bug " qui ne remontait pas les messages !!! Pourquoi ne pas nous avoir contacté directement ? Bref difficulté à contacter la conciergerie et peu réactif. Lorsque nous sommes entrés dans l'appartement, le sol n'était pas nettoyé, plan de cuisine du mange debout collant et frigo avec beaucoup de givre. Je passe sur les autres petits détails (surprises par grand soleil l'après midi). Nous avons demandé à ce que le nettoyage soit réalisé. Ce qui a été fait 4 jours plus tard.Dommage que la société (je suppose) en marge de réaliser le nettoyage ne soit pas plus rigoureuse. Le service de conciergerie est à revoir complètement car pour 110 de ménage facturé à l'avance, on s'attend à un appartement nickel.C'est regrettable car ce dernier est vraiment bien placé avec de beaux espaces. D'où cette note très moyenne par rapport au ménage.
