Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Nous ne pouvons malheureusement rien en dire....nous avons fait une erreur de dates de réservation, nous en sommes conscient...nous n’avons pas demandé de remboursement mais un changement de date avec réévaluation du prix si il le fallait. Nous sommes amenés à aller régulièrement à Annecy, donc la modification de dates n'avait pas à être très précise. Mais ZÉRO retour, ZERO communication...Très déçu.
