Located 20m from the water on the banks of the Avenue d'Albigny, the Le Panoramique apartment is ideal for your stay in Annecy. The apartment is ideal for a couple, it can accommodate 2 people. It has 1 bedroom and a bathroom.
The room has a bed 140 x 200 cm (Double) and offers stunning views of the lake. The living room with TV and stereo opens onto an equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high-speed WiFi. Linen will be provided for your stay.
The accommodation is on the 1st floor with elevator.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake)
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Privilèged location. First floor/French with glittering lake view through trees and just across road is the lakeside strolling path. Short walk to old town restaurants. A few blocks from Gallery Lafayette, an excellent coffee shop and Uniglo and a little further for groceries. Apartment somewhat basic and unheated in the fall (low 50's) but the fabulous location is really the selling point. Don't miss a drive to Talloires and around the lake. Skip the lunch boat excursion. Best restaurant Cozna.
Tired and dated property with basic facilites and equipment and the lake view is obscured by very large trees which block out light and sun as well. Location is a 20 minute walk to the old town and shops. Nothing in the locale. If visiting Annecy choose another property or you will be disappointed.
The place is extremely run down & was not very detailed clean (lots of dirt behind the furniture or around the table lamps for example). Feels like an old person lived here originally & then moved out but the family decided to convert it to a VRBO w/out getting rid of anything nor updating anything. The couch is way too soft w/no support in the cushions. The bed & pillows are extra firm. So both my husband & I had a lot of body pain from the couch, bed & pillows. The kitchen has minimal supplies w/1 drawer for utensils & silverware combined. Only 1 workable pairing knife to cut anything (there were a couple more pairing knives but they should be tossed). The cutting board is glued down next to the burners & there is no removable cutting boards. There are 2 burners but really because of how close they are to each other you could use 1 1/2 at the same time. Gross sponge left in the kitchen & only 1 dish towel for 2 weeks of staying here. Terrible wifi. I had to keep changing to cell service due to wifi not working well (even standing next to the router). And property management was rude when I brought up the wifi issue & basically blamed it on us using it too much. Having a washer dryer combo in the bathroom was nice but it made our clothes smell odd. Overall the peekaboo view of the lake was not worth it compared to how rundown this place is & how poorly communication was w/the property management co. I would have rather stayed in a hotel w/a kitchenette with no view.

Séjour agréable.
Séjour agréable. Emplacement idéal. Personnel serviable. Le seul problème est l'absence d'un emplacement de parking gratuit pour une semaine. Les parkings de la ville sont trop onéreux et ceux qui sont gratuits sont trop éloignés de l'appartement pour un usage journalier fréquent et de plus constamment complets. On n'ose plus utiliser sa voiture par crainte de perdre la place. Alors pour un séjour à Annecy, il faut également prévoir l'achat de cartes individuelles de transport par bus.

Appartement devant être rénové, mieux équipé et mieux nettoyé. Très bruyant. Seule satisfaction par sa situation proche du lac et de la vieille ville

Résidence et appartement très bien.
Lit confortable.
Équipé.
Face au lac ❤️.
Le seul bémol si je devais en mettre un c'est la rue avec beaucoup de passage.
C'est assez bien isolé donc ça passe pour cette période de novembre.
J'y retournerai avec plaisir.
Ville dynamique, bars, restaurants, tout à proximité en 5 minutes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement face au lac ,notre hôte, LA CONCIERGERIE
Un appartement a deux pas du lac .nous avons pu faire tout à pied ,visiter ,aller aux restaurants ,faire les courses ,marcher....
un parking privé fait parti de l'immeuble ,super apprécié.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est l'atout majeur car il est situé face au lac où nos petits déjeuners pris sur la terrasse étaient super agréable. La piste cyclable se trouve juste devant l'appartement et l'on y fait quasiment tout le tour du lac. Les loueurs de bateaux, pédalos et paddles sont aussi placés devant l'appartement !!! De plus, le centre ville est à cinq minutes à pied depuis l'appartement où tout est disponible, restaurants, magasins et canaux qui passent sous nos pieds. Pour finir, Laetitia, personne a qui nous avons rendu les clefs le jour de notre départ était très agréable, souriante et sympathique, merci à elle. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!!
