Location and cleanliness are top

I would return without hesitation because of the location and cleanliness of the apartment. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the balcony because of a wasp problem and our car didn’t fit in the garage but we almost always found space in the visitors spaces. Fans provided in each bedroom but it was very hot without A/C. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others

Petit coin de paradis !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement ! Situé à moins de 5 min du lac et de la vielle ville. L'appartement est calme, bien agencé et décoré avec soin ! Les équipements sont top (machine / sèche linge) ! Les 2 chambres avec lits simples sont confortables (même pour des adultes) ! Les lits sont fait à l'arrivée et on nous a mis à disposition le nécessaire pour bébé (lit, chaise haute et tapis à langer le top !!). L'appartement dispose d'un parking fermé avec 2 places (un luxe dans le centre d'Annecy) et un local vélo/poussette fermé ! Les quelques axes améliorations : Il manque un peu de vaisselle pour un 6 personnes et il y a juste 1 clé donc pas toujours pratique. La terrasse est à l'ombre !
