🍽️ Open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room with a bar. Fully equipped (SMEG refrigerator + freezer, oven, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, induction cooktop, toaster, blender, and cooking utensils).
🛋️ Living room with a high-quality double sleeping area (rapido sofa bed designed for regular use, “Evergreen ipoallergenico” memory foam mattress, 160 cm wide, complete blackout with electric blind). The living room is equipped with a TV, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, and armchairs. It provides direct access to a large, quiet, south-facing terrace with views of the promenade and the Thiou River.
🛏️ The master bedroom is furnished with a large 160cm futon-style double bed (low frame), a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a closet. Guests who prefer a standard-height bed are welcome to request it at least one week prior to their arrival—we will be happy to prepare it.
🛏️ Second bedroom featuring a high-quality queen-size sleeping area (rapido sofa bed designed for regular use, “Dunlopillo” memory foam mattress, 140 cm wide), a desk area for remote work, and a closet with hanging space.
🛁 Large bathroom equipped with a bathtub, vanity unit with mirror and lighting, and a washing machine.
