This renovated accommodation (July 2025) of about 33m2 is in the heart of downtown Annecy, close to the lake, the Pâquier and the train station.

This furnished holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) can accommodate up to 4 people.
You will have a private place on the secure parking of the residence (name: SOMON).
Attention: To access the parking lot, an authorization must be made at the town hall 30 days before with your car registration card.

It consists of:

- A main room with a fitted kitchen open to the dining area
- A seating area with a sofa bed 140 cm and TV
- A room with two 90 cm beds and large built-in wardrobe.
- A bathroom with bathtub and washbasin.

You will also have access to a bike room, ideal for enjoying your stay without a car.
