Carnot On The Roof is more than a four-bedroom apartment, it’s the best-kept secret in town.

The apartment is nestled in one of the most beautiful buildings of the old town with secure entrance, common terrace overlooking the Carnot street.

🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car parks Bonlieu or Courier.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très mignon déco soignée, emplacement idéal en pleine zone piétonne c’est parfait pour tout faire à pieds. Petit bémol situé au dernier étage de l’immeuble en duplex et les escaliers sont très très raides. Sinon c’était top nous avons passé un très agréable séjour rien ne manquait je réitérerai l’expérience sans aucun doute. Annecy est une ville magique.

Très bel appartement atypique et bien situé proche de tout. Intérieur très bien décoré. En revanche la porte d’entrée est compliquée à ouvrir. Les 60€ de frais de nettoyage sont un peu excessifs sachant que la cuvette des toilettes était mal nettoyée et qu’il y avait des toiles d’araignées dans la chambre. Je recommande quand même ce lieu où nous avons profité d’Annecy et ses alentours
