    Logement bien situé

    A 5 min à pied du lac. Aller en hyper centre prend un peu plus de temps mais tout à fait faisable et pas désagréable en passant par le bord du lac. L’appartement est situé à proximité immédiate d’une nouvelle piste cyclable ce qui est très appréciable, ainsi que d’un supermarché et d’un petit parc. Le quartier est très calme. L’exposition est Nord-Est donc pas de soleil direct. L’appartement est correctement équipé mais le canapé lit est tres inconfortable, mal de dos assuré ! Très peu de place dans le studio quand le canapé lit est déplié.
