With family or friends, you will be seduced by the warm decoration of this apartment for up to 6 people, on the 4th floor with elevator.
It consists of: a large terrace equipped with a dining table and a garden furniture to relax after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains. a large living room/ bright dining room with a sofa bed (equipped with a real quality mattress) a fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, barbecue, raclette & crepes machine) 1 bedroom with queen size bed (160 cm) with dressing room 1 bedroom with double bed with dressing room a bathroom with shower tub a separate toilet vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment free high-speed wifi (fiber connection) and TV a closed garage in the basement
⚠️ unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Baby/child facilities are also available free of charge for a pleasant stay with the family: cot, baby bath, baby dishes, games and books. Play areas for children are located near the apartment.
Linen will be provided for your stay: sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many quality restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes' walk of the apartment (bakery, butcher, fish shop, Beaufort meat and cheese cooperative, Primeur, Casino supermarket, banks, pharmacy)
Bicycles and pedestrians: You can travel without a car throughout your stay by using the green and cycle paths or by using the bus network serving a stop in front of the residence . The lake is 10 min by car or bus (direct line) and 15 min by bike. A charming bike path connects the apartment to the lake, along the thiou promenade, and continues around the lake.
🅿️ The apartment has a garage with direct access by elevator. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken again the same evening.

Très bel appartement
Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances. L'appartement est très spacieux, et bien agencé. Un bon emplacement. Très pratique le parking.
Le seul bémol est la vue du balcon :-(
Je rajouterais des voilages sur les fenêtres du salon.

Très bon séjour agréable appartement spacieux très propre rien ne manque très bien équipé , seul bémol la qualité des matelas qui sont pas très confortable.
Appartement bien éclairé, propre avec tout le nécessaire. Petit plus, café et thé à disposition. Fascicule explicatif des environs mis à disposition. Balade agréable longeant le Thiou en partant de l'appartement à pieds.

Très bel appartement calme
Très bien situé dans un éco quartier et une belle résidence, avec vue sur la verdure, appartement très propre, fonctionnel, spacieux, bien décoré, avec une grande terrasse couverte et meublée. Pas de clim : des ventilateurs plafonniers seraient les bienvenus. Un sèche linge manque un peu.
