Storage cupboards with complete dishes. 20m² living room with sofa bed convertible into a double bed (quality mattress), 43 "HD plasma screen TV, internet access with Wifi and HD TV on 'bbox'. Independent bathroom with tub-shower fitted with a thermostatic mixer. Automatic washing machine. Independent bedroom with double bed. This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small new 4-storey building in a small private lane very close to the historic center of old Annecy: Access to the tourist center on foot in 10 minutes. Shops: 300m from a supermarket. Access to the lake in 20 minutes on foot.

A réserver sans hésitation, propriétaires adorables, appartement on ne peut plus propre avec terrasse et tout équipé.Situé à 10 mns à pied du vieux Annecy, supermarchés à 5 mns à pied également.Avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette ville et ses alentours magnifiques.Merci à Mr et Mme Richard ainsi qu'à leurs filles.
appartement idéal pour 4 personnes.Très bruyant, et de plus chaleur excessive cette année, prévoir la climatisation, ou prévoir un double vitrage de qualité . Pas d'éclairage sur la terrasse ni prise électrique Très bonne literie , cuisine correcte, Salle de bain superbe, chasse d'eau (fuite d'eau)

et des Gorges du Fier et beaucoup de lieux à voir dans un rayon de 50 km notemment la cascade du Rouget

La location est agréable et fonctionnelle. Le parking est un avantage indéniable.On se rend sans problème à pied dans le centre d'Annecy et au bord du lac. Seul bémol de la location, si on entre dans la résidence par une petite rue tranquille, l'appartement lui-même donne sur le "Chemin de la croix rouge" qui est une route très fréquentée et donc bruyante si on veut garder les fenêtres ouvertes. A ce détail près, nous recommandons la location et y retournerons volontiers.

Appartement bien situé, proche de la vieille ville, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et à l'écoute. Seul bémol: la rue sur laquelle donne l'appartement, un peu bruyante à certains heures.
Je suis satisfait de ma location. L'appartement correspondait à la description et était très bien situé. En plus il était bien équipé. Dix minutes à pied de la vieille ville, quinze minutes pour aller au lac, c'était très bien pour nous. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et ils sont à notre écoute. nous avons passé de bonnes vacances
