    Close to all amenities, old town, lake, shops, restaurants...You can get around easily on foot, by bike or by car to discover the region.



    Decorated with care,the flat is comfortable,perfectly equipped for an excellent stay with friends or family.

    Our recent building is located in the city center near Annecy train station. Its location is ideal to enjoy the center and the old town. All shops and boutiques are within walking distance.

The check in process was unnecessarily complex and made our arrival a bit stressful. The apartment itself was as described, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a very convenient area and we were able to walk everywhere. The only downside of the location was that the apartment backs on to the railway station so it is too noisy to have the windows open and as a result the apartment got pretty hot.
