"Excellent stay overall. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout my visit. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the location is hard to beat—very central and just steps from a subway station, making it easy to get anywhere in Berlin. I also appreciated the hotel’s sauna and gym, which were well maintained and a great way to relax after long days of exploring the city. My only criticism is the bed. The hotel uses a soft mattress topper, which I found uncomfortable, particularly as a side sleeper and someone with occasional lower back issues. Others may enjoy the softer feel, but it didn’t provide enough support for me."
