The staff at the reception are incredibly warm and welcoming, I don’t think I have met a single one that hasn’t been lovely. Gimpo airport access is also easy with just one tube/subway line. Millions of restaurant choices in walking distance. Efficient staff. Defo stay here again next time in Seoul. "
