"The heat system was already off for the year. Room was 61 degrees and it took a few hours for a portable heater to arrive. Room was pretty worn out."

"Noisy location as it's next to Red roof inn which allows loud music late at night. Stink bugs found in room, plus some dead bugs in the corner. Juice machine broken, no milk cartons or juice boxes substituted. Parts of hotel are under construction, & no ice on 2nd floor. Staff was nice."

"HOTEL CHARGED ME FOR AN HALF DAY AS MY DAUGHTER LEFT SOME STUFF IN THE ROOM; I HAD LET HOUSE KEEPING KNOW AS I WAS LATE GETTING OVER TO THE EVENT CENTER. I WAS TOLD IT WAS OK AS THEY WOULD NOT BE CLEANING THE ROOM TILL 5PM; AT 3:45 SECURITY HAD TO LET US IN THE ROOM TO GRAB LEFT ITEMS AND WAS RUDE ABOUT IT; I EXPLAINED HAD TO LEAVE QUICKLY TO NOT MISS AWARDS AND WAS TOLD BY HOUSE KEEPING IT WAS FINE. ALSO HOTEL DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING OPEN FOR US CONSIDERING THE COMPETION BREAKFAST OPEN AT 7 KIDS HAD TO BE AT EVENT CENTER AT 7:00 AM. RESTRAUNT FOR DINNER NOT OPEN TILL 4 AGAIN NOT TAKING IN CONSIDERATION THE MAJORITY OF GUESTS SCHEDULES WE WERE NOT ABLE TO USE."
