Hotel close to Biarritz

The overall appearance of the hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. The room was otherwise okay but very damp – I suspect that moisture is coming from the bathroom into the room, causing structural dampness. Despite everything, during the summer season, the two nights went quite well. Breakfast: Coffee, juice, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, croissant, fruit. Taxi to Biarritz center ~25€ +/-5€

Budget hotel, basic, good for one night stay. For restaurants, drive to nearby town (4km). Breakfast was adequate. Room was clean but towels weren't fresh. Wifi okay in réception area. Good value for money.

Prefer to sleep on street ina tent.

The worse place i stayed in my life. And I have stayed from 0 star to 5 star hotels But never had come.across such a situation. Problem with check in. There shouldnt be as there is a machind outside to check in. Room dirty, pee in toilet, blood on towels, bleach smell in room. We arrived very late and were extremely tired, but inly survived 4 hours and left. Unacceptable place.

Venus voir notre fille sur Biarritz cet hĂŽtel Ă©tait proche de son domicile la chambre spacieuse mĂȘme si un petit rafraĂźchissement surtout au niveau de la dalle de bains serait le bienvenu. Le personnel est trĂšs aimable et souriant et disponible Pour notre dĂ©but de sĂ©jour nous Ă©tions arrivĂ©s Ă  13h45 notre chambre disponible pas avant 15h on est venu nos chercher Ă  notre voiture pour nous prĂ©venir que notre chambre Ă©tait prĂȘte Parfait Il manque un peu d'insonorisation mais bon HĂŽtel bien placĂ© mais pas simple d'accĂšs la premiĂšre fois

Bien que la personne Ă  l'accueil ait Ă©tĂ© sympa, je dĂ©plore la propretĂ© inexistante. Retrouver des poils et des cheveux dans la salle de bain alors qu'ils ne sont pas Ă  nous est olus que limite alors que l'on a quand mĂȘme dĂ©boursĂ© 160€ poir 1 nuit. Je ne parle pas du rĂ©veil Ă  1h du matin par les pas du locataire du dessus qui faisait grincer le plancher comme pas possible. J'ai bien cru que la personne Ă©tait dans notre chambre ! Les sols de salle de bain prĂ©sentent par endroit de la rouille. Le plus si on a la flemme de sortir pour diner il y a possibilitĂ© de commander des pizzas. Pour le retour de vacances nous ne passerons pas par cet hĂŽtel.

Service accueil au top. Souriante, sympathique, explique bien et propose les services. On se sent a l'aise. Les communs ont plein de toiles d'araignées. Chambre pas trÚs propre. Toile d'araignées au sol avec plein de poussiere juste a cÎté du lit des enfants. La chambre aurait besoin d'un rafraßchissement. Lit confortable. Calme. Parking avec de la place et à proximité de toutes commodités
