Beautiful apartment with refined decor, quiet, consisting of a garden with trees and beautiful flowers. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small two-story residence. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double bed, opening onto an independent terrace, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Large living / dining room overlooking the garden. Functional barbecue area for summer evenings with outdoor heating. The apartment is located near the nearby Chiberta forest offering many cycle paths.
For golf lovers it is located 5 minutes from the golf courses.
