Best accomodations during fair weekend

Let me start this by saying, thankfully the host, Alix-Marie, was so accommodating to my poor planning. VRBO needs to address their ability to modify your reservation if plans change, or in my case, double book stays in different cities. That said, she was also accommodating in letting two of my colleagues also stay (which is offered in the description, yet the link on VRBO's app does not work). The flat is very comfortable, easy to cook meals in, and the washing machine is clutch. Note to Americans, you have to hang dry your clothes, so keep that in mind timewise. The flat is close to everything you need to get to in Angers. Minutes from the Gare, and 10 minutes walk to downtown.

Bon emplacement

Bonne communication avec l'hôte pour une arrivée en autonomie. Le logement est propre et son emplacement est un vrai point fort: proche du château,de la gare et des commerces, tout est accessible à pieds. Le lave linge est un plus appréciable.Le point negatif est le couchage soi disant pour 2 dans le canapé du salon:il est trop dur et trop petit en longueur et en largeur. Mon compagnon et moi y avons très très mal dormis,obligeant l'un de nous à dormir par terre...Un comble quand on paye une location.Pour cette raison je dirais donc que cet appartement est pour 2 personnes et non 4.

Emplacement top

Logement propre, bien agencé, très proche gare et du château et de quelques de commerces en tout genre. L escalier qui mène a l'étage est assez "raide". Propriétaire réactive !
