The minuses: weird layout that wasn't clear from the pictures - the only WC is off the living room without its own sink; virtually every plate was cbipped so a crockery refresh is needed; mould from historic water leaks in the ceilings not shown in photos and this meant the smaller bedroom smelt distinctly musty; the shower...
