The bright and welcoming main room includes a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed, a dining table, and warm, tasteful decor.



The separate kitchen, fully equipped, features everything you need: kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and utensils, allowing you to cook with ease.



For sleeping arrangements, a separate bedroom awaits you with a 160 cm double bed and practical storage for your belongings.



The bathroom is equipped with a modern and functional shower, and the toilets are separate.



The neighborhood, close to shops and amenities, is perfect for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Malgré le congelateur qui a fui et malgré la chaleur, nous avons passé un bon weekend!l'appartement est situé à 10 minutes de TERRA BOTANICA, il y a un carrefour city au bout de la rue si besoin et il est proche du centre ville d'Angers.Le logement est simple mais dispose de l'essentiel pour quelques nuits.
