"I booked a bigger room with two double rooms and I was placed in a smaller room with one king bed and the sink outside our the bathroom, in the hallway. The pictures are deceiving. They changed the room without informing me. The front desk was rude when I said the reason I booked and paid for two double beds is my husband had sleep apnea and his Cpap machine takes spare, she was rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t even hear me out and proceeded to say I was yelling at her. Valentina needs to be counseled. "

"Cute and clean little spot in a nice neighborhood, owners were very nice and it was great to see some things in the fridge courtesy for us (even though we only had the waters) and no crazy long checkout cleanup checklist like I usually see on here."
