It is a university area so the area was safe and fun. It is also right next door to Chevron which made it easy to get some stuff I needed. And there was free coffee.

The room was very clean and the staff was nice. The major pitfall was the traffic noise being close to a freeway and two busy streets. A grab bar in the shower would also be helpful.
