"The property was nice and clean, and staff was helpful, they let me store my luggage prior to my check in and also after I checked out. The room was nice and clean with a very big tv. A nice big shower. And the room had a really good air conditioning system. My only criticism is wish the breakfast buffet was better. It was adequate, but nothing special. Overall for the price though, this was excellent."

"The hotel staff were just the best. So helpful and so pleasant. We really enjoyed our time sipping Pisco sours in the lobby area and just enjoying the beautiful property. Well located right next to the Parque Arauco and beautiful views of the mountains."
