"It’s a lovely hotel with great views right in the middle of all the action. Did not have a bar. I borrowed an umbrella and left it in an Uber and the front desk was very upset with me. I’d still go back again the rooms are nice. "

"Our recent stay at this property was subpar for the Hilton brand. Upon arrival, we waited over 40 minutes to check in while the two front desk agents managed a backlog of unhappy guests dealing with unexpected fees. These additional charges should be transparently included in prepaid totals to avoid such surprises. Furthermore, the room lacked proper noise insulation; we were kept awake by neighbors until nearly 3:00 am. On a positive note, the breakfast selection was good (though the 6:00 am start time is inconvenient for early travelers) and the hourly airport shuttle was a helpful perk."

"The check in was effortless and quick, once I provided my IHG membership number I was thanked for being a member. The room was spacious, clean with a large bathroom and a shower that had great pressure and hot water. We had dinner in the restaurant which was fabulous and the breakfast was varied and delicious offering a variety of fruit, breads, meats, cheese and a couple of hot dishes. We were offered eggs to order but were happy with what was on offer. The staff at the hotel was wonderful, everyone wanted to ensure that we were properly serviced. We took the shuttle to the airport which left promptly at 8:30 and the driver helped us with our luggage. A very positive experience and we would definitely return."
