Cute Bungalow

This home is older and as with all older homes that aren’t remodeled, it has an unusual layout. It’s in a cute neighborhood and was located close to our destination. Iwas clean and decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. We would stay there again.

Holiday Family Time

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely bungalow for our Thanksgiving celebration with our family. The house is very near the university and this location was ideal. We were able to prepare our full Thanksgiving feast in the well appointed kitchen and dine in comfort in the generously large dining room. The house is older but has been totally updated with modern baths and kitchen. We really appreciated that it still had some of the vintage charm. The hosts were fantastic communicators, answering questions almost immediately.

Beautiful relaxing trip

Myself and my family came to Anderson to tour the college. This home was absolutely PERFECT! We were less than a mile to the college and also less than 5 miles to all the shopping! Perfect location and I’d my daughter decides to go to college there we will definitely stay here every single time we visit! Thank you for such a comfortable cozy home and all the amenities!!! Coffee washer and dryer shower supplies AB’s all the stuff to go with it ! Absolutely Amazing!!!

Beautiful Spot Misleading Listing

Great quaint spot, less than a minute from the Anderson Campus. Very clean and well kept home. Listing shows 2 KING beds, and that is not the case. It is more like 1 KING and 1 DOUBLE bed. Not a huge deal but might want to re word the listing. Will definitely be back.

I loved this house! It is old and charming but remodeled. Everything was very clean. Both beds were very comfortable. It’s just outside downtown so it’s close to everything but quiet. I will be coming back every time I’m in Anderson to visit my father. Highly recommend staying here.

My second home!!

This is our favorite place to stay in Anderson!! Darin is an amazing host!! My son (who goes to AU) and his friends love hanging out at the house! This literally is like our second home!! It is quiet and peaceful. The house is always immaculate when we arrive and has everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be back!!

My 1st visit to Anderson

I came up to visit my daughter who is working camp at AU this summer. The property was SO CLOSE to campus and so easy to navigate. The street is very quiet, but looks to be locals who reside here year-round. The house was just as described in the images (master bed was so comfy). Communication with Darin was top-notch, absolutely no complaints. Home is an older home that has been nicely redone. Floors seem to be original hardwood and creak, but that’s part of the charm. Overall, highly recommend!!

Another Great Stay

This is our second stay in this vintage bungalow while visiting our family in Anderson. As with our Thanksgiving visit, the house was ideal for our needs. The yard was perfect for our son’s two little dogs to walk and play. The hosts are wonderfully responsive! In a private message after our first stay I mentioned a few things that would have been nice to have. This time (just 2 months later) those supplies were available! Well done!
