Lakehouse Retreat with dock, paddle boat, canoe & kayaks! Now have Gas Grill

Come make your own family memories at our family lake house! This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house is located on Lake Hartwell. Enjoy our Large Dock with boat slip, Kayaks, Canoe, Paddle boat & Hot tub. You will have some of the best views on the lake. Come watch the sunset over the lake on Sunset lane! We are within walking distance to JARRET BOAT RAMP which has parking area. Our driveway is large enough for vehicles and your boat trailers as well.

This house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has queen bed with private bathroom with shower. The middle bedroom has queen bed. The bunk room has 2 sets of 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). Bathroom with tub/shower combo is between the bedrooms. The den has a comfy leather couch & love seat with 2 recliners each. The kitchen table seats 6 and there are 4 bar stools at the bar. There is a table with 6 chairs on the screened porch plus a small table with 4 chairs.

There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom and the den. WE HAVE STREAMING & HIGH SPEED INTERNET, we do not have cable TV. We subscribe to ROKU channel. You can sign in to your own apps to watch on the TVs. At Roku Home Screen choose 'Live TV' for local news channels.

This property is just a short drive to local attractions. We are 20 minutes outside of Anderson, about 30 minutes from Clemson, 20 minutes from Hartwell GA, and 50 minutes from down town Greenville SC.

We have a 3 burner Char-broil gas grill, bring your own gas tank or use ours and refill as needed.

Was a perfect spot to stay while the boys were fishing a tournament. The lake was great to swim in and the game room at the house had plenty of things to do also.

Great rental which met all our needs!

Affordable fun for the whole family

The house was very clean, everything labeled and organized. Walking distance to boat ramp to dock our boat near the house. Views of Lake and fire pit location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay at Cindy’s house. It was very well stocked and large enough for all our family to be comfortable. The lake access was wonderful for boating and fishing. Beautiful lakefront property. It was just 3 of us and we used every inch of the outside property and especially loved the game room! Its like having your own private beach and waterfront as you just step outside! The host was so gracious and very accessible if you have questions. Good spiritual vibes as well! Loved it

Relaxing and Enjoyable!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Cindy's place for 4 nights! We loved the lake views, kayaks, hot tub, game room, fire pit, and the wildlife! (deer, birds, geese, and ducks) We also loved how everything was labeled and furnished. The beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Overall it was a great place to stay on Lake Hartwell! This place has everything you need or want for a fun & relaxing family vacation! Our family of 6 was very comfortable here (2 adults & 4 teenagers). The amount of shoreline in front of the house made for beautiful views and fun fishing, swimming, & sitting by the fire pit. Perfect family lake trip

Really enjoyed the space both inside and out. Our little ones were able to crawl around in the open living room, while also enjoying seeing deer in the front yard through the massive front windows. Perfect to enjoy the lake from the indoors with it being a little cool. Lots of places to sit, inside, outside enclosed deck, lawn chairs. Lots of space for kiddos to run around outside. Very close to awesome parks to explore. Easy interactions with host (thank you!). Would definitely recommend!

Displaced due to hurricane Helene…

Cindy was wonderful! I had a last minute, emergency housing scramble due to the hurricane…Cindy was quick to communicate and open up her home for me… she allowed an early check in, which was greatly appreciated, and even worked with me on a ‘no pet-policy’… during an extremely stressful time in my life, she made things a lot smoother for me… her place was very clean, quiet and peaceful… it was a beautiful spot on the lake with lots of lake toys… the yard was spacious and private and filled with deer!! Just what i needed while i recharged my ‘battery’…. Thank you Cindy for a wonderful stay!

Nice and relaxing getaway

So many great things to say about this place. They had a little bit for everyone to do. We rented this place for my birthday weekend to celebrate and bring our boat. We were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed the covered boat dock! The house was spacious and had everything labeled and easy to find. We found a spot in the water to anchor the boat and get in the water. Suggest bringing water shoes if you get in the water off the property that was fun too. Literally have great things to say! Would for sure rent again! Just a side note I would not recommend “the local pub and eatery” we were there for 2.5 hours with terrible food and serve! However we did find the Public well cafe and pizza hands down fantastic atmosphere and great prices family owned.
