June Discounted Rates! Waterfront Home w/ Covered Dock, 2 Decks, & Pet Friendly

Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 3 bath on 3 acres in a secluded cove with long view across Lake Keowee, in the Upstate of South Carolina. Two Decks, 2 hammocks, swinging chair, covered dock, big sand play area on the water, stream. 500 megabite WI-FI, ping-pong room. 3 large Flat screen TV's to stream Netflix, etc., 2 home theater systems. Regulation Foosball table. All linens Included! 15 minutes to Seneca, 30 minutes from mountains of North Carolina, 20 minutes from Clemson University. 3,000 square feet, vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, tile, stainless appliances, granite countertops, large den and living room, very clean lake. Perfect for a quiet get-a-way, but close to town. Very nice landscaping, 4 yards, hundreds of blooming bushes. Covered dock (your boat can park on either side as our boat stays in the slip), 2 kayaks, canoe, etc. Furnished with everything from a waffle iron, Keurig and regular drip coffee pots, to a wine bottle opener! Check in 4pm, check out 11am. Strictly enforced!

Amazingly Peaceful
The property is amazing and the views can't be beat. If you are looking for a place that is peaceful and full of nature, this place is for you. The home is immaculate and well appointed with plenty of room to gather, or escape with a good book. As for the property owner, also 5 stars. I have used VRBO many times over the years and this was by far one of the most enjoyable. Highly recommended!

A RELAXING RESPITE
I reserved this property as a celebration site for my wife's ** birthday. Her daughter, son-in-law, and some dear friends who lived in the Upstate attended. We stayed three nights for what proved to be a lovely stay. The grounds of this property are beautifully landscaped and immaculately maintained. The dock house is very nice. The house itself is very roomy and was outfitted very well. The kitchen in particularly well-stocked with dinnerware, cutlery, glasses etc. There is a generous quantity of cookware. Often in even nice rentals, there is a minimal supply of such things. Given that we were making large dinners, this was a real plus. There bedrooms were comfortable and included ceiling fans which I really want. The living room area is spacious and served well for our purposes. We were disappointed that on Sunday we had to cancel our pontoon boat rental due to inclimate weather. But the two kayaks and canoe that come with the house made for a fun, long Saturday afternoon (we paddled far across the lake to a nice outdoor restaurant/bar) -- roundtrip was about 4 hours (learn from my mistake - wear sunscreen!!!!) The only thing I wish there had been was a firepit (though if I were an owner, such a thing might worry me as a potential hazard). The large porch/decks, games in the downstairs den, provided many opportunities for activities when the weather was rainy. In conclusion, the house more than met our expectations. We'd like to go there again.

We loved it from the moment we arrived!
The house was fantastic, comfortable, and had great entertainment. We went to celebrate are daughters baby's first birthday and it was an amazing experience. Our daughter and her husband also adored and loved the lake house! I would recommend for those who are looking for such a place as this!

Beautiful place
We enjoyed our first visit to Lake Keowee! The house is very nice with a beautiful lakefront view. It's located in a quiet cove of the lake and it is lovely to have dock access. We wished there were an easier path into the water for our pups to swim, (it's sloped with rocks), but they still got their feet wet. Also being in the cove you don't get a direct view of the sunset but it's still so beautiful. The house has everything you need and plenty of space. Hosts were prompt and kind with communication.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable house on the lake with lovely lake views from large windows and decks. Only drawback was the steep driveway which could be slippery when walking.

Tucked away for New year
This property is a great place for families. Our 8 had a great time. Sunrises were great and the water is beautiful. We turned the driveway into a pickleball court. Laughs for all. Owners were great and our grandsons loved the UNC tarheels room. Brought in 2024 on a positive note. 🎆❤️
