"This property is quite aged and needs to be revitalized. There was no no Continental breakfast provided. Doors were still locked at 8:00 a.m. "

"The hotel had been upgraded since I last stayed there. Great improvements. Staff was great. There were a few housekeeping issues that they remedied as they were able. Overall a good stay- comfortable bed- good coffee!"

"New hotel that is an extended stay limited amenities given you have a kitchen there are no supplies is plates cups utensils in the room beds are not comfortable though hotels new do it was clean all doors are locked even main entrance during the day have to be buzzed in upon arrival and provide sign a lot of paperwork website charges and check in times are incorrect "

"This was the dirtiest and most unkept hotel stay I've ever had. I will not book this hotel brand again. The floors throughout the hotel were dirty and sticky. The trash can on our floor was full and had a full trash bag open outside it, which smelled horrible. It stayed there for a whole night and into the next day. The ceilings were stained, the sofa cushions had bad stains on both sides, there were big crumbs on the floor, there was a huge, dried splash of something on the artwork above the desk, there was mold on the wall on both sides of the A/C unit, the bathroom floors were not clean, the door was falling apart at the bottom, the coffee maker in the room was full of white and blue mold that I swiped with my finger, there were lots of damaged areas on the walls and doors. The beds were fine, but overall it felt gross and I will not go back to a Country Inn and Suites again. I have pictures of everything if anyone needs to see them. "
