Coffee and filters supplied for your first morning! Fast ice maker! Nice property. Beds are a bit low to the ground could use a foundation to raise up. Otherwise better than your typical hotel room at a super reasonable price point.

The space was nice. The bathroom was clean albeit somewhat dated but for a couple of nights it was totally fine! The overall quality of the space, bed, balcony and location was great for the price. Would book again

The location is great as everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. Although our room was across the elevator, you barely hear noise. I'm fact, even the noise outside is muffled. We did have some minor issues. The doors were very squeaky. One of the panels on the refrigerator door was broken which caused items to fall. The entrance door wouldn't close completely unless forcefully closing it. It cause the door to beep repeatly if not closed properly. It took awhile to figure that out. We did get in contact with mgmt on this and they responded quickly. The entrance isn't prominent as it's between 2 businesses, Orange theory and Riverwalk. You will not spot Mint while driving by. You'll see Riverwalk and Orange theory before you'll see Mint. The Parking lot can get full in the evening as they also let outsiders in for $10 fee. I got lucky twice due to someone leaving as I arrived.

Nice spacious room. Only complaints were elevator sounds and a mysterious banging for 45 minutes that started around 4 am. However, I never sleep well the first night in a strange room. Great location!

Our stay at Mint House was great! We did have an issue as the smoke detector in the primary bedroom was chirping when we arrived. I messaged the host that we would be going to dinner and they could enter the property while we were gone. Upon our return, the chirping had stopped. Communication with the host was excellent! The stay was great as well as the location. We will definitely stay at Mint House again.

Location was awesome, good amount of space and good price! You do have to pay for the parking which they don’t mention, and they also say they allow dogs on Expedia, but beware it’s at an additional cost. The main living space and bedroom were clean, however the bathroom was not. Stains in the shower, on the bathroom walls, dust, and empty shower wash bottle in the bathroom. It wasn’t gross just not hotel level clean. Otherwise great location and price for the stay

This is a nice condo in a great location downtown BUT it is located above an Orange Theory fitness gym that blasts music beginning at 5:30 am which you can easily hear. You also hear the instructor’s voice barking out commands. It continued all morning making it very difficult to sleep. If you are an early riser this likely won’t bother you too much but if not this unit is a no go.

The unit stunk of rotting garbage and had flies. I called the host but wasn’t able to have anyone take care of the problem. They offered to change the unit at 1am in the morning. The property obviously doesn’t have a property manager so they don’t even know what condition the property is in.

Everything was very good. The check-in was easy once I got my phone properly communicating. I think you can only go through the process within 10 minutes of the official time (4:00 PM). If you are opting to park your vehicle, be sure to have your license plate number to enter into the check-in system.

Had a good stay! The property could use a deep clean on the bathroom wall and corners of the Master bedroom. But the water pressure in the shower was great! Full kitchen was excellent! Full size washer and dryer is nice for a longer stay. Maybe bring a portable fan if you sleep warmer like me. We would stay again as it’s a great location!

We had a great time, very close to eating and shopping. The amenities were very helpful and we felt the area was very safe. We had an issue with getting a ticket even though we paid for parking but it was taken care of within an hour!

Great location to everything you need and want without a ton of traffic. Parking was available during the week. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities that we needed. Provided a few laundry pods, dish soap and paper towels. Did need a couple more blankets and dish cloth but we made due. Checkin and checkout very easy-keep your emails with the information because you need all the codes to come and go. Text support was very helpful for me, to confirm anything I needed as I was nervous about not being able to find a parking place in downtown GVL. It was all so simple and I wasted time worrying about it. Go and enjoy the city and the Mint House. We’ll be back.
