"Short walking distance to the main attractions in Greenville. Loft was up to date, clean and well stocked. Just off the street so a bit noisy. We were glad for the white noise machine provided."

"Fabulous location! Walk to West End restaurants, shops and bars in 5 minutes. A 15 minute walk to downtown and all its attractions. Quiet neighborhood. You hear your neighbors in the single story building but nobody was crazy. How to sound proof the building? Small place but adequate for our needs."

"This property is in a fantastic location which allows for walking everywhere. The parking garage is just behind the property. There is a fee to park during the week but it is super reasonable. There is an entire flight of stairs to climb once you enter the apartment so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. "This property is in an excellent location with walking to restaurants and downtown. The property was clean but very dated. Historic in this case means OLD. Old furniture, doors that don’t close properly, kitchen that is not set up for cooking, lumpy bed and generally old stuff. It resembles my grandma’s house in the 1960’s."
