This freshly renovated apartment is within 10 mins from downtown Greenville, 2 mins from the Greenville Hospital system, and 8 mins from the outdoorsy, local-favorite Swamp Rabbit trail.

Bedrooms have queen size beds. Living room has a pull-out couch. A full-sized kitchen with brand new appliances, washer and dryer available, front door parking, and Wi-Fi. Living room and main bedroom have big, smart TVs.

The Apartment features two bedrooms and one bath, and totals about 700 square feet. Apartment offers central hvac and a motion-sensor light at the front.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a night bar right behind the apartment complex that is popular in the area and attracts a lot of nightlife activity. Parking can become sought after, as well, in the evenings or weekends. Please let the host know immediately if there are any issues with your parking spot.

Cozy stay

Our stay to visit family was great!! The place was perfect for what we needed. The updates made the place homey and welcoming! The place was tiny but big if you know what I mean. It had everything we needed such as laundry area and full kitchen. Definitely would recommend!!

Great stay!

Had a pleasant stay here! The area surrounding was a little questionable, but we all felt safe inside the apartment! Was very clean, clear instructions, and good communication! Could maybe provide a warmer blankets and make it easier for slightly bigger people to maneuver in the bathroom!

Nice place!!

The pictures accurately depict the rental. It was very nice and clean on the inside/out. Check in was easy and contactless, and the host (Mauricio) was very quick to respond. To be honest, we are nearing our 60's and I think this rental would suit people who are in their 30's a little better. There is a little bar behind it, and it got quite active at night with music and traffic. We probably would have enjoyed it, had we been younger, however. :) We did end up checking out after one night, but don't let the deter your decision of renting it. We are from Minnesota, so maybe this is how South Carolina does it, and that is completely ok!! Party on, and live happy!! Mauricio was very gracious, compassionate, and understanding. He refunded our money quickly and made it right with us. Had this been in a retirement community with other old and grouchy people, I would have stayed forever :) I just wanted to give an honest review of our experience, and again, we thank Mauricio very much for his outstanding customer service!! We wish you much success!!
