"My flight was rerouted. I message the hotel to ask if I cancel for a refund. They did not answer calls, ignore Expedia attempts and never responded to my message. They could have atleast respond. "

"It’s pretty basic. It was fine clean. Staff was ok. I contacted them in advance to check about early checking, as my flight was arriving early, and I had some work meetings. They said it would be charged, which I agreed upon. But when I showed it up at the hotel, they said no."

"During our 8-day stay, the room had a strong moldy smell, as if it had been unoccupied for a long time. While the odor did lessen over time, it remained unpleasant throughout the entire stay. Additionally, the pool area is quite small relative to the number of guests. It was often difficult to find available lounge chairs, and the area tended to be crowded and noisy. The elevator is also small and often crowded, which added to the inconvenience. The staff was not particularly helpful during our stay. I also had a haircut at the hotel salon, and the result was very disappointing. Given these issues, I am unsure how this property qualifies as a five-star hotel. "

"Shops like malls were nearby and food places. The hotel overall is nice, but it seemed as if they rushed to prepare my room and certain things seemed not so clean. I also did not really enjoy the food there"

"Mal servicio Mi hija fue al baño, un hombre de limpieza entro sin preguntar si habia alguin dentro, se le dijo al encargado y solo dijo que estaba mal y no hizo nada al respecto, tenia una reservacion por 2 noches y me fui después de la primera noche, nunca fueron a limpiar la habitación y aun hablando en la recepción nunca fuero antes de irme, para nada recomendado!"

"The room was a nice size, clean, had proper bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were always guys by the front near ready and willing to answer questions and help you out."
