About this space
This bright unit has large windows to enjoy the land of the midnight sun in the summer or the northern lights in the winter! The large front deck is accommodating to morning coffee or some evening cocktails. Just a few minutes from the airport and quick access to downtown! Closest grocery is .1 miles away.

NOTE: if you are sensitive to noise (doors shutting, tenants walking around) this is not a viable option.
The space
Just one block from one of Anchorage’s most popular restaurants Rustic Goat. Also this home is approx 7 mins from the airport for easy access!
Other things to note
We have strict quiet hours from 9pm-8am for respect to our long term tenants and vice versa. Absolutely no parties.
