Enjoy the comforts of a private suite in an occupied home with separate entrance and side yard. House is located in South Anchorage with views of the Chugach Mountains and Turnagain Arm. A 15-minute drive from the airport and immediate access to the Seward Highway to take you south to Girdwood or north to Denali, wherever your travel adventures take you. One bedroom with ¾ bath and a half kitchen with an induction countertop electric burner. Fresh Alaskan coffee in K-cup or beans to grind to suit your taste. Kitchen area has all the amenities if you'd like to make a home-cooked meal. This suite is also the perfect set-up if you're just needing an overnight stay. This is a perfect place to stay no matter if it’s one night or a couple weeks. Easy to get to and has all the extras you could want. The owner is so friendly and accommodating. We try to stay here whenever we fly into Anchorage.

Alison is crazy! She could easily get double her price for such a sparkling, spacious, and comfortable place!! She was kind, quick to respond, and available for questions. She had local chocolates, fresh coffee beans, tons of extras........I feel guilty that we ripped her off!!
