Julia was a wonderful host. The 0North (annex with two suites) was furnished with stylish modern / Scandanavian decor. Comfy bed. Great downtown location! Free off street parking. Small kitchen was well stocked with a delicious selection of light snacks and beverages. The only down side would be the narrow steep flight of stairs that would make the 0North suites non-accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. Would definitely stay here if we are ever in Anchorage again.

Very convenient, efficient, and pleasant

Great location and great facility. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and laid out, making my stay a breeze. The binder full of information and instructions was comprehensive. Julia was attentive and responsive. I loved her coffee blend and using the manual grinder and pour-over equipment she had set out. It was a really pleasant stay.

We stayed here for eight nights while in town for work. It was so nice to have a home base and the owner has covered every detail. She was incredibly responsive and the apartment was sparkling clean and comfortable. I would recommend this location to anyone who prefers a little autonomy to the traditional hotel stay. The location is perfect too. Simply wonderful.

I highly recommend The Jules. It's quaint. It's stunning. It's chic. It's smart. It's stylish. It's central. Julia, your host, is incredibly hospitable, accommodating, knowledgable and happy to assist with recommendations. The Jules added an extra layer to my incredible and epic trip in Alaska.

Our stay at the Jules was great. Check in was very easy and the home was very well appointed and decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything was clean. Julia gave us great local recommendations and overall it was a great stay.

Cozy and modern in the heart of downtown Anchorage

My husband and I stayed one night in the master bedroom upstairs with the full bathroom. The room is large, quiet, clean, and comfortable. We much preferred it over the hotel we stayed in earlier in our visit to Anchorage and wished we got a chance to stay longer.

Well decorate house in downtown.

This was a cute little house very near downtown. You are renting a room in a house. It is very well decorated and clean. The location is a bit odd and I felt a little exposed staying in the house alone but that could just be me.
