Perfect Location and Safe

This property was easy to find and a short walk to the Disneyland parks. We felt safe and the room was clean. We had a great vacation. Thank you!

Great and friendly staff. Good accommodations! Close to park. It IS right across the street, but underestimated how big disney property was

Perfect for weekend Disney romp

We arrived early and although our room wasn’t available yet, we were able to use the restroom the change clothes, there was a room we could store our bags, and off to the park we went. The room wasn’t anything special, but it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Not that far of a walk to the park and a decent price. Made for a great weekend away for a quick Disney trip.

Review

The stay was disappointing. Location nice, check in staff attentive. Housekeeping come every 2 days, and for us they only emptied trash 2 days after. Never changed sheets or did the beds. Sink and bathroom dirty. My 6 days stay I only had one cleaning after I complained to manager. Still waiting for holds on credit cards to be released. Trip was 16 days ago. Dont waste your time, pay extra and stay somewhere nicer.

This was probably a decent hotel 20 years ago, but shows age. Odors, peeling paint, just OK…

The third floor smells like water damage so the vents give the room an odor. The beds are old and uncomfortably.

Old building. Winter and heater broken dirty.

Heater broken. Worker came in day two and simply closed the vents so it was too hot and we slept and kept room balcony door open all night. Dirty and dated like reviews say. False advertising with pic.

Room had mold, have a leak from the ceiling took 2 days for them to fix...1st night it was hot in the room had to call maintenance they said it could only put ac if the shut the heater off so we choose ac...but 2nd night it was cold did not want to have anlther person in our room again so we just stayed cd....the feidge feoze all of our food so we had to trow it away...last night we used the hot tub and it was bubbling over probablyhad to much chemicals ..dont know why we paid a resrt reaort fee as this is definitely not a resortlafeitafterwards
