"Very nice and comfortable hotel within walking distance from Fira. Property is beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Met the manager at check-in, very pleasant lady who paid attention to every detail. I saw her again twice during breakfast checking the buffet making sure everything was at its best. Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel."

"View from.the room is stunning, but glass panes/windows were not cleaned so it was a bit frustrating. But a lot of repairs are overdue for the amenities. Staff is helpful and polite, reception /check-in was amicable and helpful."

"Let me start with the staff who were all exceptional. They were very friendly and tried to accomodate our every need. The pools are amazing from the shared pool to the private pool we had in our room. You get amazing views sunrise of the Aegean. I like the quiet location of the resort as it is only a 25 minute drive to anywhere else on the island. I would advise to rent a car or atv to save on transportation costs."

"I loved my stay at Santorini Palace, this is a really beautiful and well-maintained property, with great views of areas of the island. My room was excellent, clean and comfortable, very spacious and cozy. The staff all over the hotel is friendly and attentive. Food was average, and as everything in Santorini a bit overpriced. The hotel is located in the heart of Firostefani, very close to the town of Fira and Imerovigli, where you can easily walk from the hotel. Just steps away from the main entrance you can have the stunning views of the Caldera from the Three Bells of Fira lookout point."

"We arrived at Grand View after having a bad experience at another place. What a difference we had here. The lady on reception (Sophia I think) was so welcoming and informative. We booked some activities with her. She had info about the island, beaches, places to eat and then got staff to show us to our room and take our luggage. The room was amazing. Spotless and spacious. The views were incredible and the balcony was a perfect finishing touch. We spent 3 nights in the lux suite and 3 nights in the honeymoon suite. Both were amazing so I'd recommend either. The staff were always on hand and couldn't do enough; from front desk, to cleaners, restaurant staff and maintenance. I didn't get the guys name who runs the pool bar and restaurant but he is an asset to the hotel. One of the best experiences of customer care, hospitality and their amazing use of the property they have. If I come back to Santorini, this is where I am staying. Take my advice and book here."
